About us

We help organisations build capability, not just courses.

Creative and innovative learning design

We are creative and innovative instructional designers with strong foundations in learning and development. As highly qualified professionals, we always challenge the status quo to provide the most effective learning solutions. Our processes have been refined over the years to ensure that we provide expertise in every area.

Our commitment to responsible practice

We believe learning should create positive impact for people, communities, and the organisations we work with.

As an Australian-owned business, we are committed to ethical, inclusive, and sustainable ways of working. These commitments shape how we design learning, engage partners, and run our business.

Reconciliation Action Plan

We are committed to reconciliation and respectful engagement with First Nations peoples.

Our RAP guides how we work, partner, and design learning. This contributes to cultural respect, meaningful inclusion, and opportunities to support reconciliation through education.

Accessibility and inclusion

When accessibility is included in project scope, we design learning and digital experiences to align with WCAG 2.2 AA standards, applying AAA criteria where practical.

This ensures content is usable across a wide range of abilities, technologies, and contexts. For accessibility-led projects, we partner with people with lived experience to test and strengthen our designs.

Environmental, social and governance

We actively consider ESG principles in how we operate and deliver projects. This includes minimising environmental impact through digital-first delivery and responsible supplier selection.

Our governance practices support transparency, accountability, and long-term value.

Modern slavery

We take our responsibilities under Australia’s Modern Slavery Act seriously. We work to ensure ethical labour practices across our supply chain and partner only with providers who share our commitment to fair, safe, and lawful working conditions.

The Attorney-General’s Department has published our statement to the official government register.

Continuous accountability

Our policies and practices are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain current, compliant, and aligned with best practice.

We believe responsible business requires ongoing action, not one-off statements.

Thought leadership grounded in practice

Our Managing Director, Ria O’Donnell, is the author of a leading book on learning technologies and workplace capability.

Published by CRC Press, a global academic publisher based in New York, the book is used and referenced by universities and practitioners around the world. It bridges theory and practice, focusing on how learning, technology, and workforce capability intersect in real organisational settings.
